Allegra simplifies project planning and tracking. This allows you to swiftly respond to disruptions and stay up-to-date at all times.
In the first step, you collect the tasks to be completed, for example, based on the "deliverables" to be created. This includes not only the actual project outcome but also the documents that arise over time.
Now you break down your tasks into smaller subtasks and milestones. You can also consider a chronological order at this point.
Tasks can be dependent on each other. For example, you can't construct the building walls if the foundation is missing. Logical dependencies often dictate chronological sequences as well.
In this step, tasks are assigned to team members taking into account logical dependencies. Effort estimation is done in collaboration with the respective assignees.
