Enhancements And Bug Fixes

Allegra  8.1.1 delivers optimized text editing functionalities (thanks to Froala enhancements), ensures higher system stability through important bug fixes, and expands security with new protective measures. Improvements to Wiki features, dashboard behavior, and performance provide even smoother collaboration in Allegra.

Please remember to clear your browser cache after the upgrade to ensure all changes are loaded correctly.

1. Bug Fixes

1.1 User Interface (UI/UX)

  • [26192] Radio group overflow in the user interface
  • [26640] Card view title is not truncated correctly
  • [17909] The order of internal app tabs is not retained after reloading the page
  • [17910] In the app tab header context menu, "Reload tab" does not show a warning message for unsaved changes
  • [25661] The uploaded item type icon is not displayed in the "Add item" menu
  • [26172] Dark mode issue: group icon, person icon, and workspace icon are black (no contrast)
  • [26879] A dashboard error may occur when a new user logs in for the first time
  • [27001] "Oldest first" is not retained in the item history
  • [27241] Group assignment was sometimes not displayed clearly
  • [27040] Workspace icon in the Helpdesk app is incorrect

1.2 Wiki

  • [26870] Issues expanding the Wiki tree structure when the number of Wiki documents is too high
  • [26882] When a Wiki section is edited/saved, the "Last changed" timestamp of the main document should also update
  • [26907] Table-related display issues in the Wiki
  • [27019] Wiki document: unwanted scroll jumping
  • [27004] The "Attachments" tab is not refreshed after deletion in the Wiki
  • [26548] The printable width in the Wiki cannot be reset once it has been set

1.3 Froala Editor

  • [26896] Froala: Undo/Save is not active after adding/editing a link
  • [26937] Safari browser: When dragging an image over the editor, the highlight is missing
  • [27002] Froala: The icon for item links disappears in editing mode
  • [27179] Froala: Standardize line spacing in the text editor (use the comment line spacing as reference)
  • [27182] Froala: The cursor jumps after a mention (see video)
  • [27285] In Froala fullscreen mode, dialog windows opened from Froala are hidden
  • [27291] Froala: Fullscreen mode does not work in the Wiki when using Safari browser
