Which version is best for me?

The Allegra Task version covers all the features you would expect from a very good issue tracking system or task management software.

The Allegra Project version offers you classic functionality for comprehensive project management with the Gantt view and resource allocation view. It allows you to nest projects and tasks as deep as you want (not only one level, it is a real work breakdown structure). So, you can work agile in one part of a project and classic in another. You can also map project portfolios. You can delegate tasks and set personal resubmission dates.

The Allegra Service version is needed if you need a help desk functionality with any number of free clients and want to run a knowledge base or a wiki. This version also includes all the functionalities of Allegra Task and Allegra Project.

Can I combine different licenses?

Yes, you can combine the licenses of our three products as you like.

Does my license include support and new versions?

Yes, the license includes full support and all new versions.

What's "onboarding"?

In a personal web meeting, we configure the system with you according to your needs. You will learn the concepts and procedures so that you can make changes to your configuration on your own afterwards. The 3-hour onboarding package is already covered in the licensing fees for Allegra Project or Allegra Service when you purchase for at least 16 users.

How can I change the number of users?

You can extend the number of users at any time. The contract period ends for the new users when your existing contract runs out. Costs will be charged proportionally. New contract periods will be continued with the new amount of users. You can also reduce your user quota at the beginning of a new contract period.

Is there a HA/cluster option?

The application can be distributed to multiple servers or containers in the enterprise version for HA or load balancing. Each additional instance is charged at a premium of 30% of the base price.

Where is my data located?

Our servers are located in Germany and are subject to German data protection regulations. Upon request, you will receive a data protection agreement from us in accordance with Article 28 DS-GVO.

Can I transfer my data later?

You can move your data to a self-operated server at any time. For this purpose, you will receive an archive file from us, which you import into your target system.
