Projects and Project Portfolios

Each task in Allegra belongs to a project or "work­space". You can structure projects into subprojects as deep as you'd like. So, you can manage entire project portfolios without losing the big picture.

Similarly, you can structure tasks into sub­tasks and create a product breakdown structure or a work breakdown structure.

Scheduling

You can assign deadlines and planned dates to each task in the project plan. If planned dates are outside the deadline, you will be informed.

Define milestones, designate logical dependencies and mark important dates as unmovable. Easily define cyclical processes and be reminded of upcoming due dates.

Interactive Gantt diagrams

With interactive Gantt charts, you can see which tasks have to be completed when and how the tasks logically depend on each other at a glance. Milestones are clearly visible and can be locked into place.

You can view the critical path or compare the current planning status with the base plan. You can also see the processing progress on each outline level.

 

Agile: Scrum and Kanban

Allegra is a complete Scrum tool and offers you full support for the entire agile workflow. Epics, user stories, backlogs, sprints, agile board, story points, sprint capacity, burn charts, velocity charts: it's all on deck.

And for software developers, there are integrations with popular development tools like Sonar, Git, Bitbucket, Gitlab and Github.

 

Hybrid project management
